A Program with Flexible Tiers
The enhanced MM2H programme offers four pathways: Silver, Gold, Platinum and the Special Economic / Financial Zone (SEZ/SFZ) route for those purchasing property in designated areas. Each pathway requires a fixed deposit and the purchase of an approved property.

Are You Eligible?
Age
25 years minimum (Silver/Gold/Platinum) or 21 (SEZ/SFZ).
Character
Clean criminal record and a Letter of Good Conduct from your home country. A police security screening follows.
Health
Mandatory medical check‑up and Malaysian medical insurance for you and your dependants.
Residency Obligation
Under 50s must stay at least 90 days (cumulative) per year in Malaysia. No minimum stay for those aged 50 and above.
